Registered Missouri voters may cast a mail-in ballot for the November 3, 2020 election. Voters may qualify to cast an absentee ballot instead. Mail-in information is available on this flyer.
Complete a Request for Mail-In Ballot form and submit the request to the County Clerk’s Office by mail or in-person. All requests for mail-in ballots must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday prior to the election which is October 21, 2020 for the November 3, 2020 election.

After receiving a mail-in ballot, seal your voted ballot in the return envelope and have your signature notarized on the back of the return envelope. By law, your signature must be notarized.
Return your mail-in ballot through the United States Postal Service. By law, your voted ballot must be returned through postal mail only and must be received in the County Clerk’s Office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
