The Perry County Assessor's office physically inspects all properties in the County on an ongoing basis.
The Assessor's office utilizes a mass appraisal system to do an appraisal of each and every property in the County, utilizing the Cost and Market Approaches to value for most residences.
All of our measurements are from the exterior, and all other data is gathered by interviews with the property owner. If you are not home when we inspect your property, we will send a construction letter if needed.
